The kit makes teaching the lifecyle of the chicken an interesting and hands on experience.  The puzzle has three layers and can be used at grouptime to show the stages the chicken goes through.  The small yellow fluffy chicken in the egg is a great prop for the younger children.  Used with the great sheet of songs (to tunes you know) and this theme is well and truly covered.
